Maleah Dearman Barton
Owner
Maleah has been the owner/operator of YourOffice-Birmingham since it opened in 2001. She is responsible for the daily operations of the center, sales and marketing and provides support in all areas of the business. It is her goal for YourOffice - Birmingham to be instrumental in the success of each client by adding value and going beyond expected levels of service. Maleah began her career with a Big Eight accounting firm and has more than 30 years experience in financial management and consulting and is a CPA.
Pam Hodges
Clients Services / Admin Specialist
Pam has been with YourOffice - Birmingham since 2005 and is responsible for all daily operations of the business center, including providing support to all Clients for internet connectivity, telephone programming, administrative support, conference/meeting room assistance and catering, while at the same time ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels. Pam's extensive background in administrative coordination includes an Executive Assistant position at a publicly traded Fortune 500 company where she coordinated domestic and international travel, annual meetings and other group events. At YourOffice - Birmingham she uses these skills to assist resident and virtual clients with all levels of projects and day to day operations.
Sandra Ulisse
Clients Services / Finance Specialist
Sandra joined YourOffice - Birmingham in 2008. She works with resident and virtual clients needing bookkeeping and other services. Sandra's varied background, including budgeting and bookkeeping, marketing support, event planning and coordination and fund raising, suits the diverse needs of YourOffice clients perfectly. She has also lived Europe and the Middle East and brings an international outlook to our office.
Kim Hock
Clients Services / Reception
Kim has been with YourOffice - Birmingham since 2005 and serves primarily as receptionist as well as all other client service facets including scheduling meeting rooms, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages and administrative projects. She greets visitors, answers incoming calls and performs administrative work for clients, simultaneously, making it all look effortless. Kim brings 24 years of customer service to her position at YourOffice.
Renee Roberson
Clients Services / Legal Specialist
Renee joined YourOffice - in 2009 primarily to assist our resident and virtual legal clients with their client questions, filings and document organization and filing, dictation and word processing. She also works with non legal clients where typing and organizational skills are necessary. Renee's experience includes 14 years in legal assistant positions with local law firms ranging from one of the largest in the city to an individual attorney.
